  4. Asking one of the CBD trainers for assistance
3. Tasks
  1. Find a partner to practice Infuse Learning with
  2. Both participants should go to Infuselearning.com.  One participant will click on “Sign Up” and complete the steps to create a teacher account.  The other participant will be the student and will click on “Student Login”.  The student will enter his/her name and wait for the teacher room number
  3. Once the teacher has created an account, find the Room ID number and give it to the “student”
  4. As a student, login to your colleague’s room with their room ID and your name
  5. From your teacher account, start a Quick Assessment.  Practice at least three of the different Quick Assessment options together.  You’ll have to give your partner a verbal question, and your student will have the option choices on their screen.  What are the different monitoring options at the top for each question?
  6. Click on the “Save results” of one quick assessment.  They will save in the Quiz Management section on the home page.  Find the results for the quick assessment you just gave.  How can you access the results?
  7. Now let’s switch roles.  Go back to step 2 and practice it from the other role.

If you finish early, here are extension tasks to try:

  1. Both of you can log into your teacher account.  Create a new quiz under the Quiz Management.  Add a new quiz with several questions.  Try different types of question formats.
  2. After you’ve created your questions and saved the quiz
  3. Again, have one person stay logged in as a teacher, the other login as a student.  From the teacher account, run the quiz.
  4. From the student login, take the quiz.  What do the Navigation, Language, and Audio options do at the bottom of each question?
  5. From the teacher account, once the quiz has been submitted, save the quiz and get the results on the teacher account.  How can you get the results?
  6. On the teacher account, go back to the quiz you created and share the quiz by email with your colleague.  Check the email it was sent to.  When you click on the link to the quiz in your email it will add the shared quiz to your list of quizzes in Infuse Learning.
