Facility Development and Scheduling

We work closely with engineering and architectural firms to make sure that every detail is accounted for during the developmental process. We are experienced in creating detailed schedules that deliver clear expectations and deadlines for construction teams and technology vendors. In order to avoid delays, we cross reference the development calendar with the district calendar to identify any scheduling conflicts and resolutions ahead of time.

Technology System Design

For more than three decades, CBD has successfully designed technology systems to meet the needs of our clients. Design experience includes network systems (both wired and wireless), video surveillance systems, telecommunication systems, intercom systems, classroom A/V presentation systems, printing and imaging systems, virtual server farms, Storage Area Networks and more.

Bid preparation and management can be an overwhelming and time consuming process. That’s why we are dedicated to assisting our clients in placing bid advertisements, documenting and responding to bid inquiries, reviewing proposals and attending committee and board meetings to review recommendations.

Meet with qualified bidders

Conduct reference checks

Develop comprehensive documentation to clarify overall and detailed comparison of bids

Create narrative report documenting award recommendations and due diligence completed to reach team consensus for such recommendation

Attend committee and board meeting(s) to present project recommendations and answer questions

Assist with contract execution in compliant format to retain specification stipulations

Conduct kick-off meeting with Contractor and Owner to confirm project expectations processes
