Canva Magic Write

DESCRIPTION: (note: regular Canva account required) a text-based copy writer that will produce copy text on a wide range of topics based on brief prompts; i.e. instruct the AI what you would like it to write, and it will produce that text. (One of the features the designers of this AI specifically highlight is the ability to imitate tone and voice in writing. By sharing a sample of one’s writing with the AI, it attempts to mirror the distinctiveness of the author’s writing.) 

COMMON USES: teachers might prompt the AI to compose summaries of texts for students or draft sample responses to essays or writing projects; students might prompt the AI to summarize class readings, outline topic ideas for a writing task, or edit/revise a writing sample.
